When we travel, we always try to explore unique and local establishments. During a vacation to the Pacific Northwest in 2015, we made an effort to stop at a different brewpub each night. Washington and Oregon, specifically Seattle and Portland, have long been in the forefront of craft brewing in the U.S., and brewpubs abound in both cities. Since that trip, we have continued to explore brewpubs throughout our travels.
We were convinced that the brewpub experience, with fresh craft beer paired with simple but tasty food was what our town of Braselton needed. We found that the brewpub experience is a great way to relax and socialize with old and new friends alike. Another aspect of the brewpub scene is their focus on being pet-friendly. Many of the brewpubs we have visited welcomed pets in their outdoor areas and we plan to do the same. As pet owners ourselves, we have a circle of friends tied together by our canine kids. We hope our brewpub will provide a venue where pet owners can bring their furry kids and mingle with others like them.
